HOW WE OPERATE

1. Getting Started

Explore our website to find all the add-ons and specific details you can include in your custom wedding invitation suite! For inspiration, check out our social media to see previous work we've created. Complete the form on our contact page, and a team member will get in touch with you to help you get started!

2. Reserve Your Spot

Once our team contacts you and you confirm your decision to work with us, we'll send a formal proposal for your review, detailing everything you've envisioned for your ideal wedding suite!

3. Proofs

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll start working on your designs and create a proof for your approval. This process can take some time, so we ask for at least 5 weeks to collaborate with you on a final proof that meets your expectations. We offer up to 4 rounds of revisions/proofs to ensure your vision is perfectly realized, so feel free to share any adjustments you'd like!

4. Finalizing Designs

Once we have reached a final design that you’re 100% happy with, we will send over a final proof with a form to review and pay. Once we receive your payment, we'll forward your order to our production team to begin bringing your vision to life!

5. Production

The most exciting part of the process begins as we send your items to be printed. We typically allow up to 2 weeks for this stage to give our production team ample time to perfect your suite. Additional details, such as wax seals or ribbon, may extend the overall production timeline.

6. Shipping

Once your order is complete, we ship your items according to your chosen shipping method. After they arrive, it's time for you to send them out to your family and friends! If you'd prefer, we also offer direct shipping to your guests upon request, for an additional fee, to save you the time and effort of mailing them yourself during this busy season of life!
